Kyen helped us throughout the process of finding a suitable home, and was very diligent at keeping us informed, both by phone and e-mail. We are really looking forward to moving into our property in the Ribble Valley, a lovely location! All the staff at Mortimers are very kind and efficient, but Kyen was outstanding.
