I have been working with Kyen at the Clitheroe branch and have been genuinely impressed by the level of service and support he has provided throughout the entire process. He has always been available when needed, proactive in providing updates, and has kept me fully informed at every stage, from the tenant moving in to the completion of the paperwork and all subsequent next steps. It's been an absolute pleasure working with Kyen, and I honestly couldn't recommend him more highly. A special mention should also go to Dan and the wider team, who have been exceptional throughout.
