Extremely bad service, charged us over £500 for cleaning after leaving for a dirty oven and fridge. Terrible estate agents, left us with no heating during winter for 2 months and had the audacity to do this.

We appreciate deposit deductions are an emotive subject and that is why we follow the deposit dispute process and deductions can only be made by agreement or via an independent arbitrator in line with deposit protection policies.
Just absolutely terrible service from them. Hight recommend elsewhere I've already tried to contacted you I've called 15 time yland your office is always shut I've left a voicemail and still had no response so yeah very bad customer service
