Although I have dealt with several different people since CDC took over managing my rental property tech like the reporting portal and general staff response has been favourable and i’ve no cause for complaint.

My other half and I rented a property from CDC and our most positive experience was Kate the property manager, she was brilliant. She took time out of her own time to help us with what was a stressful end (not due to CDC) to our renting, helped & advised us as well as she could..her customer service was brilliant. A credit to the company :)
