Charles David Casson - Chelmsford

Brilliant service. Charles David Casson provided excellent advice and transparency throughout our house sale. I’m pleased we chose them over one of the big estate agents - their local knowledge and person service was invaluable.

My circumstances presented them with what I thought was an impossible timescale and yet they met it with ease! Very helpful, very professional but most importantly, very understanding.

I used Charles David Casson to sort out the new leases on my flats. Brilliant service, so easy, and I have the comfort of knowing everything has been done correctly. Totally recommend their services

Neil & Matt sold two flats in Billericay very quickly and for the full asking price for a client of mine. He was delighted and it was seamless.

Dean helped me move very quickly with out any stress Best estate agent I’ve been with Would definitely recommend if you want a quick easy and stress free move

Charles David Casson offers a great personal service. In the past years I have used several of the 'big' chains, but all I got was distant, impersonal service. With Charles David Casson you talk to the owners, and they know what they talk about. Highly recommended.

Lovely and professional service from all the staff. Would highly recommended Charles David Casson Estates to anyone buying a property, especially for first time buyers like myself, encouraged me and give me a lot of confidence. Thanks again for finding us a perfect home! Thanks mr. Dan
