Have been in a property with charles david casson now for just over a year. Although I have had almost no issues or reason to contact them I returned home from work yesterday to find water leaking from the boiler. …
We had nothing but outstanding service from Les Hack as our estate agent. He has a level of sincerity and integrity often lacking in the industry. He did a wonderful job of taking photos of our property and really understood the features …
First time I’ve rented out a property and become a landlord, I have to say the process could not have been any easier. I rent my property whilst I live in Australia and I have complete peace of mind. …
We sold and bought through Charles David Casson and they were awesome. We had some difficulty during the negotiation process and they handled it superbly, I was so glad we had proper agents rather than a DIY service. Their communication was …

I have been dealing with Both Danielle and Jasmyne who are both absolutely fantastic, always very helpful, polite and professional. Can't rate their services highly enough!
Matt Baldock and the team at Charles David Casson have been brilliant throughout our sale. Thank you! 5 Stars
Charles David Casson were recommended to me through a local Facebook group. Neil Baldock visited my rental property and spent a good hour or so going through my various options to let out my house. The whole team have been excellent, nothing is any trouble and the communication has been great. I’d highly recommend CDC to anyone and I’ll be using their services again. Thanks guys. Richard
Rented from Charles David Casson for a few years. Found the team very helpful and friendly. However, this November, we locked ourselves out of our flat, Danielle was at the end of the phone to help us, providing spare keys to allow us access to our home. She was friendly, understanding and reassuring. When renewing our contract, Danielle was happy to discuss our concerns and reassured us that she understood our query and allayed our concerns. We signed for a further 12 months. Thank you Danielle for all your support!!
