We recently used CDC to sell our property. We mainly dealt with Ed, who was absolutely brilliant and made the whole process stress free. We had accepted an offer and then the buyer withdrew that offer unfortunately, but the same day Ed had organised another viewing for that evening and a few more in the coming days and found a buyer soon afterwards!
