I moved back to the UK in 2015 and any thoughts I had of a difficult transition about moving were immediately gone as soon as I spoke to Anne Johnstone . She not only helped me understand what I would have to do but her associate Gavin Chalmers went above and beyond to also help me. I would 100% recommend Northwood Central for anything whether is leasing or buying as you will be guaranteed the best in customer service.

We have been trying to move home, but have been trying to avoid an 8 hour journey to see houses. We were lucky enough with Northwood as Jim was happy enough to do us a video call on FaceTime. Despite it being a very busy day for him, he got to us eventually after normal working hours. He didn’t rush anything and was very chatty and knowledgeable about the whole viewing. Unfortunately the house wasn’t for us, that’s why I haven’t given it 5 stars.

I have looked everywhere on our contact lists etc and cannot find any trace of who you are. We always work really hard to keep our clients as happy as possible and I would appreciate if you would contact me in order that I can address any issues you may have. Went to view a flat on 26 February to be fair only looking for 3 months but very poor company in there communications phone calls no responding back eventually sent email got one back 2 weeks after viewing sorry unsuccessful

We are often in a position where we cannot communicate to applicants because we are waiting for responses from landlords and from potential tenants.
