Jim and Lisa have been very helpful in our recent purchase of a property. I have used this letting agency for over 3 years now and have absolutely no problems with them. Jim was very clear about all fees and paperwork before I signed up and then once I was with them I dealt with mostly Nicola and Lisa . They were always available by phone or email and I was kept fully in the loop about any and all issues regarding my property. Any issues I had they also had answers for gas certificates, boiler cover etc and also recognised tradesmen who always charged competitive rates for work. Can't speak highly enough of there services and I am still with them now.
