The staff were very friendly and helpful during the recent sale of my late mother’s flat. A sale was proving difficult, but the staff could not have been more helpful and I feel went the extra mile to identify a purchaser and facilitate the sale.

Northwood have been amazing with me and my partner moving into a new rented property in Alloa. The whole move has been stress free and hassle free. Northwood and the staff have been brilliant in terms of how quick they reply to queries or issues we had and were professional at all time. The staff are also polite and attentive to our needs. We had an very slight issue with the oven not working but again they were so quick to rectify the problem as within hours or reporting an engineer was out and had it sorted. I cannot thank them enough for everything that they have done and for their professionalism.
