Chose Belvoir to let and
Chose Belvoir to let and manage my house as I was moving away. I really didn't have time get involved in the letting process so wanted someone I could rely on to just get things done. Met Rob only once and I had absolute confidence that Belvoir would do things properly, and they did. They took care of everything, house clearance, all the certificates, cleaning, repairs and found great tenants within the first week. It's good knowing that while I'm away I don't have worry about anything, it's all taken care of. Outstanding!

Outstanding service form
Outstanding service form these guys! This is the first time I've let a property in Cardiff & after a very poor experience with another "BIG" estate agent, these guys worked quickly & tirelessly to help me achieve the ceiling price rent for studio's in my block. The marketing was first class & they took care of every minute detail to leave me carefree. Fellow Landlords/Landladies...this is what we pay them for! At last an agent who delivers! I have recently used Belvoir
I have recently used Belvoir for several of my properties and will continue to do so. I have been a landlady for many years and used a few different companies both large and small but never felt that they cared about the standard of tenant - just getting their fee. Rob and Phil are thorough and professional and careful to match the right tenant to each property. They keep you informed throughout the process. At last! an agent you can rely on.

This was my first experience
This was my first experience with Belvoir Lettings, I found them to be totally professional, gave good advice when needed and are very fair in their dealings. I have had bad experiences with other agents in Cardiff, but I will be using Belvoir again & again if they continue at this level of service. My property was rented out within 3 weeks which was over the Christmas period which is excellent. Thank you Philip & Rob at Belvoir!

I initially met with 3 agents
I initially met with 3 agents and I'm so glad I chose Belvoir Cardiff. Right from the start I felt I was dealing with someone I could trust. They are never too pushy and don't seem to act in the way that other agents do. The whole experience has been straightforward and that is mainly due to their competence. I hope to get involved with more buy to let properties and when I do I know who I'll be turning to for advice.

I was extremely pleased with
I was extremely pleased with how easy everything was made for me, everything was explained thoroughly and all info was given to me. I am very impressed with the level of service from both members of the Cardiff Belvoir branch, I was dealt with directly by phil, he was extremely helpful and kept me in the loop with what was happening with the cleaning and painting of my new flat, he was always there to talk to if there was any problem and sorted them out very quickly for me. Definitely would recommend to friends.
