The worst letting agents. Terrible customer service. Did not get a call back or follow up call on more than 5 occasions and also got stood up at a viewing. Absolutely a waste of time and would definitely never recommend to anyone.

Rude agent . We spoke to them over the phone to try to arrange a viewing as we asked politely that we only can have viewing on the weekend he became rude and closed the line. There no reason that could possible made him do just only listing to my foreign accsent . When i called back i got an answer from his colleague who confirmed that his colleague action and when we asked for the manager he pretended to be the manger. Racism! !!!!

Awful customer service. We were interested in renting a property. They promised to provide information on repairs to be completed. They did not. They did not return one of our 4 phone calls and there stories changed a lot. Beware something very off about this agency

Like all Cardiff lettings companies - Avoid at all costs! We inherited Belvoir from Peter Alan. For 2 years we told them about the damp problems in our rented property, was anything done? No, just a load of email and phonecall 'table-tennis' followed by lame excuses about how the builder wasn't allowed access, (they were). Now the landlord has a house that is going to need extensive damp work carried out, probably hasn't even been told about the scale of the problem by the agents! We have since moved out, finally bought our own place 4 weeks ago, have we had a whiff of the deposit back? No chance. Three phonecalls and still no response. All of these letting companies are after one thing - money. They are not interested in customer service, either for the landlord or the tenant. Absolute shambles.

DO NOT USE!!! Only given one star as I can't give NONE!! Lost almost £1000 through "agent letting fee" and a bond which we aren't getting back as they claim to have needed a cleaning crew which is nonsense. A one bedroom studio apartment apparently needing 4 hours cleaning which is ridiculous. Do not use Belvoir or you're guaranteed to lose all of your money. Plus they're customer service is terrible. Horrible, arrogant and plain rude. TERRIBLE AGENCY!

Belvoir have been a total nightmare since they took over our rented accommodation about 2 years ago! I reported damp time and time again, handles coming off windows (freezing!!!), damp stains on the carpet, shower was mouldly, the list is absolutely endless........ We've recently moved out, but awaiting confirmation of deposit return plus need to have a meeting with landlord which Dafydd promised to sort out! Plus have rang 3 times with promises of calls being returned. No chance! Absolutely terrible service! Never. Ever. Again. -10 or below. We will be over to see you soon regarding this situation.

Moved out of a flat let by them about 3 weeks ago. Waiting to hear about what's going on with my deposit, they've ignored 3 emails I've sent them. I've rung them twice and been told each time they'd ring me back and I've not been contacted. Over the past 12 months I've made various repair requests to them that have also been ignored.

Organised a viewing for Saturday 10:30.... rang whilst we were waiting outside of the address to cancel the viewing explaining that the colleague with the keys was unwell.

WORST! DON'T TRUST them! Trying to DEDUCT more than 1/3 of your DEPOSIT just for things you haven't done. They are trying to charge me £300 for buying a new mattress at the end the tenancy(even the mattress was OLD one when we moved in), just because of tiny stains(which were hidden under the pillows when they took photos for the inventory check-in) and they did not indicate it in the report. This is just an example and I can provide more details if it helps! This is the most RIDICULOUS thing I've ever heard. NEVER USE or you will LOSE your money!!
