Very efficient, just had no problems letting through them at all for last year. Have not tried any other agents as had consistently good reviews hence choosing them. They also seem fair to tenants rights.

Belvoir has been head and shoulders above other letting agents and Rob is prepared to do viewings in the evenings and weekends which helps immensely. Jack and Dafydd are a great team - always polite. helpful and cheerful. They don't bother you with trivial matters they can deal with and always act promptly and efficiently with more serious matters.
