Initially on taking on the sale of our property Dan was professional and courteous. After 2 weeks it simply went downhill fast...calls and emails were not returned, weekly stats promised were not delivered...no one took ownership to deal with the lack of responses (to Director level) so today I have instructed them to remove their Belvoir "For Sale" sign and cancel the contract. Any Estate Agent that can't return the Sellers calls can not be trusted to deal with property enquiries...this is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with an Estate Agency and my honest and genuine recommendation to anyone is to avoid them...don't be fooled. p.s. if I could leave a zero star that's what they would get...# very disappointing and unprofessional service. STOP-PRESS This review initiated an instant call from Dan who came up with excuses for his failings and he swore at me that he was going to charge £250 for invoking the contact early by a few days...very poor response...I have repeated our request to have the house key returned with immediate effect but he has ignored this instead saying I have been unreasonable.
