The guys were prompt for the viewing and once I ad agreed on the property communication between us was excellent with regular updates on progress was made. Would definitely use again.

Our property negotiator Emily was very friendly and helpful throughout the process of arranging our tenancy, answering all of our concerns and questions promptly. However, we were disappointed that the property had not been properly cleaned prior to our moving in, and took us several hours to clean. Otherwise a positive experience with Belvoir.

Pretty good at getting you into a place and setting everything up, dealing with any issues in the properties seems to go ok... my issue is with rude staff. Would avoid if you’re young or it’s your first time renting. Any time I talk to them I’m talked down to as if I don’t know anything- they’re very demeaning.

When we initially moved into this property we had a great agent looking after us called Julie, who was very helpful and quick to respond. On leaving, the agent called Rhys was so hellbent on taking as much deposit as he could that we had to make a literal spreadsheet to demonstrate all the ways they’d tried to snake us out of money. They cited examples of broken furniture/stains etc. that they’d stupidly provided on the initial inventory for us to use as evidence when they tried to take the money as we left. Think they thought they could take advantage of us as we are younger renters. It got so bad we ended up giving up and letting them fleece us (even if it was less than they originally tried to take) but I’ve never seen such an idiotic attempt to take a deposit from someone before - if you’re going to try that, at least avoid sending a high res inventory when people first move in you silly boy.

I rented a property from belvoir for 1 year. It was a nice house and our property manager Julia was lovely. We informed her about the tap & shower leak and the hole where the heater supposed to go but no repair has been done. We had taken house insurance as well. But we had a small burn on the vinyl flooring which was informed to belvoir on the day it happened. And they took 400 pound from our deposit. Fair enough, no complaints. But when my partner asked for their reference to move to a new house, belvoir showed their nasty behaviour and gave a bad reference so he didn’t get the house. It was clearly unprofessional and if it had costed more they could have taken more money off the deposit but after taking money and insurance this was very much uncalled for.

There is an honest person works there, but unfortunately that person wasn't assigned to our renting matters, so one star is because of the propoerty manager that was managing property that we were renting. And she is outragious property manager that is not shy to lie. On pathological level ! Hence I'd really advise to avoid this agency unless she is not there anymore.
