Looking for a new home can be very daunting and Mia with her friendly , bubbly personality put us very much at ease . We first marketed our property with M&B 15 months ago and, despite some initial issues with the proposed sales particulars, we received 20+ escorted viewings by the team at Canterbury. Feedback was prompt and helped inform further (sometimes difficult) discussions regarding pricing and the changing market conditions. Once we secured a sale all background checks were completed efficiently. The process had to be stalled (due to our personal circumstances) and, once restarted, was rather challenging for a number of reasons. During this time Bradley and the team were tenacious and demonstrated a high level of professionalism towards us and the buyers.
