Rhys showed us around the property and was brilliant throughout the viewing. He was friendly, professional, and very approachable, answering all our questions clearly and honestly. He made the viewing feel relaxed rather than rushed and was knowledgeable about the house and the local area. Overall, a great experience — thanks, Rhys!
