If you really, really want to sell your house, then Miles & Barr are great, as they also really, really want to sell your house. They are particularly good at communicating and keeping you up to date on what is going on. We sold our house from outside the UK which was stressful enough in and of itself - having a decent team behind you (and it was a team effort) really helps.

I enquired about a property through this agency and their response was almost immediate. I viewed the property with Mia Stevens who was really lovely and personable and took their time letting me look around the property to make sure I was happy.
