Trigg homes are brilliant! If you’re a landlord and unsure of which letting agent to use. Honestly Trigg is where to go. The girls are all lovely. Every single time I call someone always answers the phone. Unlike some other letting companies on the island. They’ve always managed to get me a tenant rather quickly. No complaints what’s so ever. 5/5 stars ✨ they’re all stars who work there ✨ Rebecca especially is always so nice and polite whenever I speak to her on the phone. Thanks so much guys ❤️

Trigg homes has been the best letting agent I have had the pleasure to rent with. The employees are all professional and approachable. They communicate everything simply and give more than enough notice for anything being done at the house. I would especially like to thank Kat, who works there, for her exceptional service. She has been friendly, understanding and caring when me and my partner were moved over to their letting company and is a great point of contact for questions and queries. I cannot fault this letting agent at all and would highly recommend their service to everyone.

What. Can I say about Trigg ! From start to finish the whole team at Trigg provided a really good service. The marketing of our house and photographs taken were great. The team worked hard to sell our property - it sold quickly and they got us a good price for the sale in a challenging market. Their fees were really reasonable and very competitive compared to other agents on the island. Above all, the team were always approachable and responsive to questions we had. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Trigg were amazing, Sold my house in 4 weeks. Rhys is super knowledgeable, professional and you relax knowing someone knows there stuff. Simon equally accommodating and communitive. Highly recommend using Trigg as your estate agent.

Great service from John Payne. I was left needing to do things very quickly due to another agency being subpar on my previous tennancy. Everything with John Payne was always actioned almost immediately. Very friendly staff, always willing to help.
