As I live a long distance away from the house, I had to rely on them through difficult circumstances, but Vanessa was so approachable, sensitive and enthusiastic even when spending long periods of time showing viewers round the garden, getting soaked in the pouring rain. Vicki was a fantastic communicator, very efficient and kept me fully up to date throughout the process, so everything went smoothly. We honestly can’t thank Trigg enough for everything they did to help sell our late mum’s house, they made the whole process so much easier than we expected.
