I had an excellent experience selling my mums property with John Payne. As I live a long distance away from the house, I had to rely on them through difficult circumstances, but Vanessa was so approachable, sensitive and enthusiastic even when spending long periods of time showing viewers round the garden, getting soaked in the pouring rain. Vicki was a fantastic communicator, very efficient and kept me fully up to date throughout the process, so everything went smoothly. A brilliant team from start to finish and I can't speak highly enough of the service I received. I would recommend using John Paynes Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their house.

My experience with Miles & Barr was absolutely excellent. Lisa showed me around several properties and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. As I’m searching for a place on my own, I especially valued her honest advice and thoughtful insights. She was always honest, never pushy, and provided useful information not only about the properties themselves but also about the surrounding areas and other useful information. Hannah was also fantastic, she organised my viewings efficiently and even went the extra mile by contacting me about a new property before it was listed online, knowing it matched exactly what I was looking for. I recently viewed a property and had a very positive experience.Sales consultant Mr Rhys Whittock was excellent throughout the viewing.He is very professional,friendly and explained everything clearly, including important details about the property and buying process.
