We had an outstanding experience with John Payne Estate Agents, and in particular Vicki Durham, who was simply superb from start to finish. This was a critically timed sale and Vicki’s professionalism, communication and sheer determination ensured everything stayed on track right through to completion. She was proactive, responsive and completely committed at every stage — giving us total confidence that the process was in safe hands. What really stood out was her ability to stay focused and drive momentum when it mattered most. Nothing was too much trouble and she consistently went above and beyond to get the deal over the line. Quite simply, we could not have wished for a better estate agent. Highly recommended.

Great service from the Lettings team at Trigghomes. Process was quick and efficient. The application was easy to follow online and upload documents. Kat and Clare were both friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. All in all a great experience.
