They are very reliable and every agent we have ever interacted with (over the phone or in person) has always been very helpful and kind. We had viewings recently with Georgia and Alfie who were so lovely and accommodating. The agents really made an effort to look after us and we are very grateful. Their customer service is unbeatable in my opinion.
