We had completed a purchase on a flat by Miles & Barr. Due to some personal issues we could not go get the keys (in such situations this means ASAP!) Shannon and the property sales team went the extra mile and beyond what the norm is, they came dropping off the keys with a welcome bag. The courtesy and little things matter!
