I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was with this letting agent company. Their customer service is not just poor, it’s practically non-existent. They don’t respond to emails or calls in a timely manner, and when they do, they provide no real answers, just empty promises. It feels like you’re chasing them for basic assistance, and when you do manage to get hold of someone, they’re either dismissive or downright rude. The worst part? They seem to thrive on exploiting people, especially when it comes to taking your hard-earned money. They charge exorbitant fees for even the smallest things, like administrative charges that don’t seem to have any justification. They’ve got a knack for finding ways to take your money at every turn. For example, they constantly hound tenants with ridiculous “cleaning fees” or “maintenance costs,” and when you ask for any proof or breakdown, they either refuse to provide it or give you vague, evasive answers. But what really takes the cake is how they accuse tenants of damaging property without any proof. After I moved out, they claimed that I had damaged various items in the property. When I asked for evidence—photos, repair reports, anything—they couldn’t provide a single shred of proof. They simply pointed to things that were already worn or damaged before I moved in and insisted I was responsible for them. They didn’t even take the time to carry out a proper check-out inspection with me or provide a clear inventory when I moved in. It’s just their way of pocketing more money, and I felt completely powerless to dispute it. It’s incredibly frustrating, and I honestly feel like I’ve been scammed. They don’t care about the people renting from them—only how much they can get away with charging. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of other letting agents out there who actually value their tenants and offer transparent, fair service. This one is just in it for the money, and it shows in every interaction.

The worst estate agents around. Please, please avoid at all costs. -did not take monthly meter readings as promised despite being a 1 min walk from my apartment causing me to pay 2-3x the actual amount due / month -ignored a persistent mould problem in the building (and then blamed me upon move out) -improperly inserted windows, broken boiler, broken hob, leaky tap, and improperly fitted key were not addressed until I literally had to go into the office and demand they fix it after ignoring my emails for 6 weeks And so, so much more. If you want a comfortable, stress free moving and living experience, look literally anywhere else.

Tenants are being charged for cleaners to come over and clean the house but its being six months till now The cleaner has not come over yet Only one Tenants does the cleaning but the rest care less. I've been calling the agency for the cleaner they keep on telling lies that the cleaner will come on weekends but she had never come till now Sometimes the shower in the house doesn't work and it will take about 3 days before fixed. So this shows that most of the agencies service is poor The only good thing I've realised is their calling service Whenever you call the office they respond as soon as possible but with the rest service Tenant seek they don't provide.

Please, please do not use this company!!! TL;DR Did not respond to emails for weeks or months only to be extremely obnoxious and unhelpful Did not take monthly meter readings as promised despite being a 1 min walk from my apartment, causing me to pay 2-3x the actual amount due / month -ignored a persistent mould problem in the building (and then blamed me upon move out) -improperly inserted windows, broken boiler, broken hob, leaky tap, and improperly fitted key were not addressed until I literally had to go into the office and demand they fix it after ignoring my emails for 6 weeks They are the most useless bunch of idiots I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They don't respond to complaints. Accuse you of damaging the property without evidence. When you do manage, after months of complaints, for them to do something, everything is absolutely minimal. Replys to emials would come weeks later if not months with a highly dismisive tone. They couldn't even be bothered to take the meter reading once a month for my bills. Bare in mind thier office is less than a minute walk from my appartment. I can not state enough how unpleasant it was to deal with these people. Customer service is rude and dismissive. The apartment was effectively a peatry dish of black mould, which i complained about many times just to be ignored. At the end of my tenancy, they made up several false complaints and also tried to lie about the agreement to avoid paying back the deposit. It is an absolutely despicable, nasty, and frankly, an uttaly pathetic business. These people genuinely caused me great personal stress. Stay clear and find someone else for property services. A group of chimpanzees could do a better job.

Poor buyers experience, I had the displeasure of interacting with Victoria Smith and Annie Hurst. Avoid if possible!
