Disappointed. As someone who was keen to view a newly added property I got in touch with the team the same day it went live online. I was responded to quickly which initially was a great start, I was told they were awaiting tenant access and I would be contacted with a date and time as soon as they had this arranged. I patiently waited however the property is now marked let agreed. This is disappointing given I contacted the team the day the property went live and had false promises. As someone who is proactively searching for properties, I’m finding more and more agents who neglect communication! I was not told they were full on viewings otherwise I would have understood not being booked in, but instead promised as soon as a date was organised I would be informed and booked in - nothing at all! Such a shame really.

very poor communication. I am glad I use another letting agent in burton not this one as there communication skills & approach to problems is very poor.

AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU GET ANY REPAIRS THEY BODGE THEM OR SEND UN QUALIFIED PEOPLE TO BODGE IT AVOID GO ELSE WHERE THESE ALSO LEAVE A HOUSE WITH NO HEATING FOR 7 HOURS BEFORE SENDING A DODGEY REPAIR GUY

Very poor experience with their rental department as a landlord. They just get anybody in there to collect the % even when you choose

Be very carefull if you choose to rent through these people! You get no support whatsoever as a tenant, they will always side with the landlord, who is allowed to get away with anything they like it seems. Our time renting though Nicholas Humphreys turned out to be the most stressful and unpleasant time of our lives. Be warned.

I've rented two different properties through this agency and on both occasions they have done whatever they can to keep the deposit when I moved out. Trying to claim for all sorts of fabricated damages. Regardless of who's right or wrong they will always take the landlords side because that's who makes them the most money. Avoid these cowboys at all costs. I'd rather sleep rough on the streets than take another property through these scumbags in suits!!
