Very poor customer service my sister had been ringing regarding house she has seen to rent never gets a call back when she was told she would Never gets a viewing.

Very rude, incompetent and arrogant staff. Trying to arrange a viewing is like pulling teeth, and once you manage to achieve that the whole experience will age you. If you see a property listed for sale by them, steer well clear…

I live next door to one of their rentals, I have had issues with border fence for years, they never get back to me do nothing, owner does not seem to be bothered about the state of rear garden fence its an eyesore I have spent hours repairing thier fence myself, Nicholas Humphreys, must be charging a maintenance fee,minus stars for me if I could on rentals, waste of time if you live next door to one of thier rentals, And the 2 previous tennants before last one didnt give a s__t. Whether the fence blew down, and I Had to repair because they had yappy dogs.😫

Disappointed. As someone who was keen to view a newly added property I got in touch with the team the same day it went live online. I was responded to quickly which initially was a great start, I was told they were awaiting tenant access and I would be contacted with a date and time as soon as they had this arranged. I patiently waited however the property is now marked let agreed. This is disappointing given I contacted the team the day the property went live and had false promises. As someone who is proactively searching for properties, I’m finding more and more agents who neglect communication! I was not told they were full on viewings otherwise I would have understood not being booked in, but instead promised as soon as a date was organised I would be informed and booked in - nothing at all! Such a shame really.

very poor communication. I am glad I use another letting agent in burton not this one as there communication skills & approach to problems is very poor.
