The worst estate agents around. Please, please avoid at all costs. -did not take monthly meter readings as promised despite being a 1 min walk from my apartment causing me to pay 2-3x the actual amount due / month -ignored a persistent mould problem in the building (and then blamed me upon move out) -improperly inserted windows, broken boiler, broken hob, leaky tap, and improperly fitted key were not addressed until I literally had to go into the office and demand they fix it after ignoring my emails for 6 weeks And so, so much more. If you want a comfortable, stress free moving and living experience, look literally anywhere else.

I live next door to one of their rentals, I have had issues with border fence for years, they never get back to me do nothing, owner does not seem to be bothered about the state of rear garden fence its an eyesore I have spent hours repairing thier fence myself, Nicholas Humphreys, must be charging a maintenance fee,minus stars for me if I could on rentals, waste of time if you live next door to one of thier rentals, And the 2 previous tennants before last one didnt give a s__t. Whether the fence blew down, and I Had to repair because they had yappy dogs.😫
