This review refers solely to the Burton Branch. Professional, thorough, honest, straightforward and easy to both talk to and deal with. My current property manager Amber is a credit to the company. She listens, offers advice and suggestions and has guided me through the details of legal actions. She has one particularly difficult tenant and has been at pains to get him to reply to communications. Backed up by manager Matt, I am more than happy to recommend this company. My one negative observation is that it is at times a tad difficult to follow the logic of the accounts department. They have occasionally referred to themselves as N. Humphreys, but for some odd reason they also go under the title of White Kite.

I reported a broken latch on my gate on my rented property and it was repaired in quick time with a new latch. Very happy with the service from Nicholas Humphreys in sorting this out.

Nicholas Humphries were very professional in both aspects of a rental property which was subsequently sold. The sale went through without a hitch.

I haven't had direct contact with them yet, but I've visited the official website and I love it.
