Please, please do not use this company!!! TL;DR Did not respond to emails for weeks or months only to be extremely obnoxious and unhelpful Did not take monthly meter readings as promised despite being a 1 min walk from my apartment, causing me to pay 2-3x the actual amount due / month -ignored a persistent mould problem in the building (and then blamed me upon move out) -improperly inserted windows, broken boiler, broken hob, leaky tap, and improperly fitted key were not addressed until I literally had to go into the office and demand they fix it after ignoring my emails for 6 weeks They are the most useless bunch of idiots I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They don't respond to complaints. Accuse you of damaging the property without evidence. When you do manage, after months of complaints, for them to do something, everything is absolutely minimal. Replys to emials would come weeks later if not months with a highly dismisive tone. They couldn't even be bothered to take the meter reading once a month for my bills. Bare in mind thier office is less than a minute walk from my appartment. I can not state enough how unpleasant it was to deal with these people. Customer service is rude and dismissive. The apartment was effectively a peatry dish of black mould, which i complained about many times just to be ignored. At the end of my tenancy, they made up several false complaints and also tried to lie about the agreement to avoid paying back the deposit. It is an absolutely despicable, nasty, and frankly, an uttaly pathetic business. These people genuinely caused me great personal stress. Stay clear and find someone else for property services. A group of chimpanzees could do a better job.
