This company is ran by a team of so called professional whom never book appointments in the book , never call back this is from the manager. ASSURED ME OF A VIEWING IN BURTON CONSIDERATING IM A DISABLED MOM TO A BABY. I DROVE UP FROM BHAM , TO FIND NO AGENT OUTSIDE PROPERTY. WHEN CALLED THEY ALL DENIED KNOWLEDGE OF BOOKING. MANAGER STILL HASNT CALLED BACK TO APOLOGISE OR TO REBOOK . BUNCH OF IN CONSIDERATE IMBECILES , DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS SO CALLED LETTINGS AGENTS.

I've rented two different properties through this agency and on both occasions they have done whatever they can to keep the deposit when I moved out. Trying to claim for all sorts of fabricated damages. Regardless of who's right or wrong they will always take the landlords side because that's who makes them the most money. Avoid these cowboys at all costs. I'd rather sleep rough on the streets than take another property through these scumbags in suits!!
