I was really pleased with the service I received from Prospect (Bracknell branch), I only dealt with Olivia and she was really helpful. We were looking for somewhere that would allow a dog which we didn't realise would be so difficult as this was the first time we were renting. We had a property that we really liked but we didn't get accepted and she was so helpful and found us another property the next day. She listened to what we needed and only ever sent me the details of properties that we would be interested in, not like some of the other agencies around that rang me constantly offering me properties that either didn't allow a dog or was more rent than we were willing to pay so it was a lot of time wasting. I also liked the fact that I only dealt with 1 person and didn't have loads of phone calls from numerous people at the agency. I would recommend Prospect to anyone else who needed an estate agent and when the time comes for us to buy a property we will definitely be using them.

I've had a very positive experience with Prospect, especially after having had a frankly dire experience with another estate agency group in the same area of Berkshire. The communication from the agency has been exceptional, and I've been kept fully up to date with everything along the way, including any queries I've had throughout. I'd like to particularly acknowledge Shannon Smith, who as a lettings client manager has made this entire experience far less stressful than I was anticipating, and strived to work around my awkward work schedule in order to 'keep the ball rolling' - would certainly recommend to anybody looking to rent or buy; they have been entirely upfront with any fee's or charges & explained everything in detail to avoid any miscommunication or confusion.
