More honest and upfront about my options than previous letting agent. Very helpful from start to finish

There are Estate Agents and then there is Prospect. I have bought a flat through them, and continue to use the marvellous Laney Thompson at the Reading Branch to manage it on an ongoing basis. I have always found them professional, friendly and easy to deal with. So far as the Property Management is concerned, Laney has been really efficient in taking the pressure of day to day management away from me and providing a service other Agents must envy.

Chloe Wise has been my property manager now for many years. I am always very happy with her professional and friendly service to myself as a landlord and also for the tenants. Emails answered efficiently but also one step ahead of me when it comes to reminding me about renewals etc !! Thanks

I was really pleased with the service I received from Prospect (Bracknell branch), I only dealt with Olivia and she was really helpful. We were looking for somewhere that would allow a dog which we didn't realise would be so difficult as this was the first time we were renting. We had a property that we really liked but we didn't get accepted and she was so helpful and found us another property the next day. She listened to what we needed and only ever sent me the details of properties that we would be interested in, not like some of the other agencies around that rang me constantly offering me properties that either didn't allow a dog or was more rent than we were willing to pay so it was a lot of time wasting. I also liked the fact that I only dealt with 1 person and didn't have loads of phone calls from numerous people at the agency. I would recommend Prospect to anyone else who needed an estate agent and when the time comes for us to buy a property we will definitely be using them.

Laney Thompson is my Property Manager. She manages a few of my properties. I have always found her to be very efficient, detailed and extremely professional. Whenever a issue arises with one of my properties she deals with it calmly and confidently. As I am usually so busy with my children and other things I feel I can always rely on her to make the right decisions on my behalf. When issues are a little more complex she manages to provide great advice. Laney is an absolutely exceptional Property Manager and a very pleasant person.
