I've had a very positive experience with Prospect, especially after having had a frankly dire experience with another estate agency group in the same area of Berkshire. The communication from the agency has been exceptional, and I've been kept fully up to date with everything along the way, including any queries I've had throughout. I'd like to particularly acknowledge Shannon Smith, who as a lettings client manager has made this entire experience far less stressful than I was anticipating, and strived to work around my awkward work schedule in order to 'keep the ball rolling' - would certainly recommend to anybody looking to rent or buy; they have been entirely upfront with any fee's or charges & explained everything in detail to avoid any miscommunication or confusion.

My partner and I were helped by Olivia during our search for a new home and she was helpful at every stage. I am new to the UK and after finding a property online I sent an information request. Olivia made arrangements to meet me the day that I landed in the UK to have a look at prospective properties. Hi I wanted a room for 3 months in Bracknell. I was trying very hard but could not find anything suitable. I was getting very much stressed.
