We purchased a property through Prospects at the end of April. We were shown around the property by Adam who was excellent, very friendly and really earnt his commission. He was able to show us the potential in the property and we are very happy here. We then dealt with Paul, who was very helpful and friendly. We were introduced to Aimee who would oversee the sale. Aimee was excellent throughout, quick to respond and to pass messages between us and the sellers. She was always friendly and understanding. The only downside of using Prospects was the sales pitch of the conveyancing team to use their recommended solicitor. We were misled by the information given, and were told that our solicitor would be working for both the buyer and the seller which would speed the process up. We learnt that this was not the case. The solicitor that we used (Melia Mumford) needed a huge amount of chasing and created some stressful scenarios during the purchase which needed to be chased up by myself and Aimee. Overall, we had a positive experience with Prospects, but I would avoid being sucked into using their recommended solicitors and go off your own recommendations. We were first time buyers so learnt a valuable lesson! Thanks again to Aimee and the rest of the team.
Prospect sold my house a few months ago. It was a long, at times stressful process. Adam Selzer- Williams impressed me as he was so full of enthusiasm, friendly and helpful. Calum Radcliffe was also very professional and patient. He composed some good emails on my behalf when negotiating and without him I think the sale may have fallen through. Most of the Prospect employees I dealt with were very pleasant and did a good job.Thank you

I was impressed with the responsiveness and helpfulness of both the sales team and my property manager, Laney Thompson. They got back to every question within the hour and generally took the stress out of finding a room and moving in.
Laney and the other members of staff I deal with at Prospect are excellent - they deal with everything quickly and efficiently. They have been quick to find new tenants after the old ones move. My only gripe with Prospect is their ever increasing "extra" charges.

Prospect have been assisting me in renting a property for the first time. I found them professional, polite and always willing to be of assistance to me. There time management is good and I found the agents, in particular Shannon Smith, very approachable and helpful. I would recommend them to friends and family and would consider using Prospect again when buying a property.
Where do I start. The Lettings team are lovely. But my property manager let me down and attempted to practically scam me out of money, I wanted an early exit. And most normal agencies charge 450+ VAT and that’s it. Beckie managed to attempt to swindle a grand from me and to make matters worse did not offer a payment plan. She also then said I’d still have to pay the rent. So now I have to commute to Bournemouth for work and often stay at a friends for a few times a week to make it easier. Then raising works without even consulting me prior was upsetting I appreciate sometimes works need to be done but consulting the tenant first should always be done. When my tenancy ends I will not be renewing now will I Unlikely rent through Prospect again purely because of my experience with my property manager towards the end of my tenancy. Such a shame as like I said Sales and Lettings are amazing.
