Laney Thompson is my Property Manager. She manages a few of my properties. I have always found her to be very efficient, detailed and extremely professional. Whenever a issue arises with one of my properties she deals with it calmly and confidently. As I am usually so busy with my children and other things I feel I can always rely on her to make the right decisions on my behalf. When issues are a little more complex she manages to provide great advice. Laney is an absolutely exceptional Property Manager and a very pleasant person. I've had a very positive experience with Prospect, especially after having had a frankly dire experience with another estate agency group in the same area of Berkshire. The communication from the agency has been exceptional, and I've been kept fully up to date with everything along the way, including any queries I've had throughout. I'd like to particularly acknowledge Shannon Smith, who as a lettings client manager has made this entire experience far less stressful than I was anticipating, and strived to work around my awkward work schedule in order to 'keep the ball rolling' - would certainly recommend to anybody looking to rent or buy; they have been entirely upfront with any fee's or charges & explained everything in detail to avoid any miscommunication or confusion.

Prospect sold my house a few months ago. It was a long, at times stressful process. Adam Selzer- Williams impressed me as he was so full of enthusiasm, friendly and helpful. Calum Radcliffe was also very professional and patient. He composed some good emails on my behalf when negotiating and without him I think the sale may have fallen through. Most of the Prospect employees I dealt with were very pleasant and did a good job.Thank you

We purchased a property through Prospects at the end of April. We were shown around the property by Adam who was excellent, very friendly and really earnt his commission. He was able to show us the potential in the property and we are very happy here. We then dealt with Paul, who was very helpful and friendly. We were introduced to Aimee who would oversee the sale. Aimee was excellent throughout, quick to respond and to pass messages between us and the sellers. She was always friendly and understanding. The only downside of using Prospects was the sales pitch of the conveyancing team to use their recommended solicitor. We were misled by the information given, and were told that our solicitor would be working for both the buyer and the seller which would speed the process up. We learnt that this was not the case. The solicitor that we used (Melia Mumford) needed a huge amount of chasing and created some stressful scenarios during the purchase which needed to be chased up by myself and Aimee. Overall, we had a positive experience with Prospects, but I would avoid being sucked into using their recommended solicitors and go off your own recommendations. We were first time buyers so learnt a valuable lesson! Thanks again to Aimee and the rest of the team.
