Prospect are friendly and helpful. Liam arrived on time for my viewing. He called me the day after with a friendly phone call. Liam and Prospect were helpful and efficient throughout the letting process. Thank you.
Liam was extremely professional and keen to help me find what I wanted. In no time at all I found the perfect property and couldn’t have had a smoother experience. Thoroughly recommend.
Absolutely amazing, couldn’t have asked for a better service lovely people, helpful and worked so fast to help us with our new home couldn’t be anymore happier with all the help from Katie and Callum thank you
Liam was so helpful for us as first-time renters. The process was straightforward and enjoyable and all queries were dealt with. Thank you!
I recently booked some viewings with prospect and have been thoroughly impressed with their service. Callum the agent that met me at the properties was helpful, offered excellent advice, and took the time to get to know my personal circumstances so that the best arrangements could be made.
Really pleased with the excellent service provided by Darren Winter and colleagues during the sale of our property. They were very professional at all times and offered useful and realistic advice throughout.
Liam has let two properties for us recently and he's been excellent; kept us in the loop throughout and found us really good tenants. One let was complicated and Liam ensured that everything worked out and was hassle free. Both were on with Duncan Yardley for months and Liam let them within a few days.
Liam was very helpful and answered all of my questions! He understood my needs and suggested the best possible solution, regarding my needs! I would definitely recommend prospect estate agency!
After being let down badly by our previous letting agent, we moved our properties to Prospect. We have found Prospect to much more professional in all aspects. Liam McDonell rented our property very quickly and the property management team have been excellent in setting up our new accounts.
I have to say right from the start I was extremely impressed with the speed and efficiency of getting my house on the market. In less than a week of the initial correspondence arranging a valuation my house was sold. Veiwings were arranged …
