I have let my property with Prospect for almost two years now and despite being contacted by other agents I won’t move away from Prospect. The service I receive from the team, particularly Agnese, my property manager is absolutely exceptional. I live in Australia and with the time difference, communication could be challenging but not with Agnese - she returns every single query, email, request within 24 hours and never drops a ball. I am also thoroughly impressed with the team working so effectively to get the property re-let when the tenants moved out recently. Callum was brilliant, calling through their database to book viewings and communicated with myself again by phone and email regularly. I haven’t had to lift a finger to arrange check ins and outs with my preferred company, Agnese will arrange this on my behalf despite Prospect not benefiting from this. THIS is proper customer service. If you want to let your property out with an agent you can trust to do the right thing, not simply do the bare minimum and only go the extra mile when they’re making a fee then I’d highly recommend the Prospect team!
