Last year, my partner and I arrived back in from America to look for a place to rent. Every other estate agent we visited gave the impression we were too much trouble and too much of a logistical headache to deal with. One phone call with Tom at Prospect and we knew that we knew who to work with. A year later and we started looking for another property to rent. I wanted to put the business through Prospect but equally didn't mind looking around with other estate agencies as well. Once again, Prospect blew all of their competitors away. This time, Liam McDonnell was allocated to us and after one face to face conversation at our home, I could tell he knew exactly what we wanted. Smart, well spoken and polite, clearly very switched on and eager for the business. I told him the ball was in his court and left him to come back with some pet friendly properties. From the first viewing till the last one, there was never a time where me, my partner and our Lab Cross felt like we were being an annoyance or awkward. Any question we had was answered with honesty, accuracy and clearly no sales talk. Liam clearly knows how to connect well with his customers, can work out what angle to approach a viewing from to ensure the customer gets the best experience and ensures that each property is spot on. He follows up effectively, communicates each step of the way and makes sure that he passes on all relevant information in a timely manner. I'm not surprised he's working for Prospect, an agency who clearly hires only the best and its easy to see why all their team are energetic and clearly well motivated to do their jobs properly.
