The service we have got from Prospect has been first class. From the initial valuation meeting to the final sale, it has been a pleasure to deal them. We have dealt with most of the team there, and each and every one of them has been professional and willing to go the extra mile to get the sale, even working late on a Saturday to squeeze in one more viewing. I literally have no complaints about Prospect at all, and would not hesitate to recommend them. A pleasant experience all round.

Went into prospect as needed to move house rather urgently. Callum Paliczka couldn't have been more helpful in sending through suggestions, understanding our needs and finding my partner and i, a property within our price range. We are lucky enough to be moving in next Friday and would like to thank Callum and the prospect team for making moving house a very simple, easy and enjoyable process.

I have to say right from the start I was extremely impressed with the speed and efficiency of getting my house on the market. In less than a week of the initial correspondence arranging a valuation my house was sold. Veiwings were arranged quickly that worked with our daily routine, Darren Winter and Jordan Keegan were very understanding of this as we have a young baby. Both of them couldn’t of helped any more to get our house sold quickly and at a price we were happy with. Highly recommended !!!

I would just like to writing to say Chloe wise from prospect is the most helpful and delightful person i have ever spoken to and every time you call her and ask for something to be done she is there for you. I work some very awkward hours and only have certain times i can do things but how ever small the job Chloe is there for you and that means alot. Seeking a house that caters for pets has been difficult. We first dealt with Olivia at Bracknell who found us numerous properties and finally found us the ideal home. From there we have been dealing with Laney who arranged the paperwork and has been amazing in getting all the little bugs of moving into a new home ironed out , chasing contractors and getting answers back in record time from the Landlord. Anything we have had queries about, anything needing fixing and Laney has expedited the issue promptly, efficiently and above all a continual level of feedback as to what is happening and when. This has really made the move far less stressful then it could have been.

Excellent service, from both Laney (Reading) and Olivia (Bracknell). From the time our tenants gave notice, Laney and Olivia kept us informed, answered questions and made life very easy for two people living in Spain. They found new tenants and accommodated work that needed to be done before we could rent the property again. We really cannot recommend these two people, or Prospect enough. Well done all of you.

I am based overseas. I have had 2 houses with Prospect Bracknell for the last 15 years and a have had excellent service, in particular from my personal agent Chloe Wise. She keeps me regularly updated and is always cheerful and helpful even when the news is not good when she offers solutions not problems. I am the ex- EVP Customer Service Manager for a Major Middle East Bank and also an International Corporation CEO . In both cases I had call centres as a responsibility. Ms Wise has an excellent manner for handling calls and is also prompt and diligent and no request has been too much trouble. She is a credit and a major asset to the Company.
