Extremely happy with the service we receive from Charles Carr/ especially from sales consultant Sophie Botto. She always puts us first, makes regular contact, gets us lots of positive viewings and generally is trying so hard to sell our house. I hope she sells it for us and she gets the recognition she deserves for all her hard work. We would definitely recommend Charles Carr
We had problems with two previous estate agents and were looking for an agent who would give us honest feedback and keep us updated throughout. Charles Carr were exactly that with very helpful staff and calls answered or returned in swift fashion. Once a sale had been agreed we had Louise Carr on the case and she provided an excellent service. Thank you Louise for everything, I appreciate it. Keep up the great work!!
sold our house in one day and got top price found him to be friendly and helpful
Jordan organised a very busy open day, which got us numerous offers and a sale within 24 hours. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
The team, especially Jordan, have worked really hard creating interest for our property. We have been kept fully informed with feedback and advice.and that graft has paid off with a solid offer meaning we can now downsize as planned.
Thank you to Louise. She managed to get our house sold at the best possible price and handled all negotiations along the way. She was always available when we had questions and went out of her way to make sure things ran smoothly. We did have our property on the market with another agent too, Charles carr were able to get a huge amount of viewings and got several offers where as the other company did not even get one viewing. We will use Charles Carr again. thank you
Jordan Ross was most helpful in my property search and I would happily recommend the agency. Any questions about the property were answered quickly.
Lloyd valued my house and put it on the market. It was sold within 7 days. Can’t ask for more. Highly recommend

Jordan is a very courteous and well presented young man, he will go far in his career as he gains his experiences as an agent for Charles Carr. He is well informed and keeps in touch as our house purchase progresses. We viewed two properties with him and enjoyed the otherwise stressful situation that house hunting can bring. Thank you Jordan
