Sophie Botto- brilliant estate agent- deserves recognition
Extremely happy with the service we receive from Charles Carr/ especially from sales consultant Sophie Botto. She always puts us first, makes regular contact, gets us lots of positive viewings and generally is trying so hard to sell our house. I hope she sells it for us and she gets the recognition she deserves for all her hard work. We would definitely recommend Charles Carr

Very helpful and good communication
We had problems with two previous estate agents and were looking for an agent who would give us honest feedback and keep us updated throughout. Charles Carr were exactly that with very helpful staff and calls answered or returned in swift fashion. Once a sale had been agreed we had Louise Carr on the case and she provided an excellent service. Thank you Louise for everything, I appreciate it. Keep up the great work!!

Great personal service, got the best price and handled negotiations well.
Thank you to Louise. She managed to get our house sold at the best possible price and handled all negotiations along the way. She was always available when we had questions and went out of her way to make sure things ran smoothly. We did have our property on the market with another agent too, Charles carr were able to get a huge amount of viewings and got several offers where as the other company did not even get one viewing. We will use Charles Carr again. thank you

Very pleasant experience
