Excellent customer service

Exceptional service. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
I could not fault the service we received from Charles Carr in selling our property. They were always clear, honest, open and friendly in all of their communication with us and provided prompt, constructive updates along the way. From the beginning of the process, they were positive in their valuation and worked really hard to get a great outcome for everyone. It felt like a really personal service.

First Class service from Charles Carr
We have received an excellent service from Charles Carr in Bitterne throughout the process of selling our late mother's house. From the initial visit we were convinced that we had selected the right agent for us. Charles Carr Sales and Ongoing Sales teams were always professional, friendly, supportive and informative, and helped to make what could have been an extremely painful process much easier. We felt everyone there worked hard to achieve a positive sale for us, to the right buyers for the property, and we are grateful for that. The InTouch online information updates were excellent, but the regular telephone updates were brilliant and provided continuity. Special thanks to Louise, Laura and team, we think you did a fantastic job for us and have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone looking for a first class estate agent for your property.

Amazing Service
Charles Carr went above and beyond anything I expected . Jordan and Lloyd were so supportive throughout the whole sale process. We had stumbling blocks along the way with buyers but they resolved matters very very quickly. Would recommend 100%!

Thank you for a great start
Jordan from Charles Carr was a huge help with my whistle-stop day of viewings. He was enthusiastic but never made me feel pressured, and was even happy to talk on the phone out of hours (Saturday night!) to discuss my offer. The conveyancing process will be stressful and I'm glad to have an agent like that on my side as it all unfolds.

Fantastic Service
We engaged Charles Carr to sell our property and could not have been more pleased with the service provided. From the start they were professional, friendly and did a fantastic job of the property photographs and brochure. As the transaction progressed they were in regular contact and any action required was carried out very promptly. As someone who has worked both in an estate agency and as a conveyancer I would not hesitate to recommend Charles Carr.

Very pleased with our relationship
