Although the circumstances are not as we’d have hoped, Louise was very helpful the whole way through, she kept us informed and was professional at all times - even when very frustrated! Thanks for all your help Louise, we wouldn’t have got as far as we did without you!
Charles Carr managed to find us suitable solid buyers within a short time frame for a price that we aimed for. . We mainly dealt with Lauren French who went above & beyond to help us with both the sale of our property but also dealing with the agency handling the purchase of our new property. I do have to say that all the staff have be brilliant. Thank you.
Have always found the staff very helpful. When my house sale fell through they quickly arranged new viewings so that I didn't lose the house I was buying. They have always been there to answer any questions and deal with any problems. quickly and efficiently.
On the few occasions we have met Lauren French she has been astute and knowledgeable with the properties we have viewed. If she doesn't have the answer there and then she does her utmost to follow any queries up. She is polite, punctual and to the point which are attributes that are appreciated at a stressful time for customers. Davina & lee
An ongoing respectable service with professionalism and flexibility. Charlotte Phillips has been really helpful and accommodating which makes things easy and communication has always been great. Thank you for helping with this stressful process. It is much appreciated.
Cant fault our main contact - Lauren French from the Bitterne office. Shes been a pleasure, always rings and keeps us updated and is genuinely a nice friendly person to deal with.
Our transaction was not smooth to say the least; this was through no fault of the agents but the chain above. Louise's enthusiasm and passion for doing what she does best helped massively, she contiually made you feel that she had no other clients ensuring she gave a personal touch all of the time. With out her help and interventions continually chasing loose ends, I fear the deal may never have crossed the line when it did. Louise is a credit to the organisation and I cannot commend her enough. Thank you for all your help!
Louise was very helpful and did everything she could've to help us. Great at communicating and kept me updated with everything that was going on. Very professional. Highly recommend
My experience with Charles Carr, has been a positive one, I have had the good fortune to be dealing with Lauren French, a fantastic consultant who is tirelessly looking for an investment property for me. She has good experience, and above all I can take her at face value. When I have phoned the office , I am always met with a professional attitude. Regards, Steve Barrett
I don’t normally write reviews but Jordan Ross has been really efficient in finding me the right house. Jordan at the Bitterne branch has been a great help telling what I need to do and when as I’ve never brought a house before, as he’s made it so easy I will be using Charles Carr again. Thanks again Adi
