Louise Carr is FAB!
Louise is single handedly giving Charles Carr it's good name. She is great at communication and always explains everything to me and keeps me updated. She has recently done a great job helping us exchange contracts and keeping me updated throughout the day! We only hit the deadline because of her great communication! Thank you again! :)

Service provided by Lauren French
We are currently on the market with Charles Carr, looking to moving on to our dream home. Lauren is looking after us, along with the team at Charles Carr.. Everybody has been so helpful whenever we need to call them, but Lauren has been for me outstanding in her care and attention to get us sold. We know we are in safe hands with Lauren and know Lauren and the team will get us a buyer for our house soon..

Excellent service from agents at Charles Carr!
It was a bit daunting selling our home, but during all the valuations from different estate agents, Charles Carr stood out. We were particularly impressed with Lauren, who did the viewings on our house. She contacted me pro-actively after each viewing to let me know how it went and to give me some feedback. She has always gone above and beyond and always responds to messages and emails really quickly, which reassured me greatly. We have accepted an offer on our home but I doubt this would have happened as quickly without Lauren and Charles’s Carr Estate agents!

Charlotte was great!!
Good agent all staff very friendly, mainly dealt with Charlotte for the selling of my property who great. Worked hard to find me a suitable property to move into. Would highly recommend.
