Louise was first class!

Our transaction was not smooth to say the least; this was through no fault of the agents but the chain above. Louise's enthusiasm and passion for doing what she does best helped massively, she contiually made you feel that she had no other clients ensuring she gave a personal touch all of the time. With out her help and interventions continually chasing loose ends, I fear the deal may never have crossed the line when it did.
