George was very approachable and helpful. Answered all my questions regarding the chain, the area of the property I viewed and has referred me to a free mortgage broker. Louise Carr
Although I have given 5 stars overall this is due to Louise Carr Customer service skills. Louise was communicating with us right up to the last minute of what turned out to a very stressful day for us. Louise works in the Bitterne branch of Charles Carr. You are very lucky to have Louise working with you. Louise is a credit to your company.

Home seller and buyer
We couldn’t recommend Charles Carr more. They have been brilliant and totally supportive from start to finish. We’ve been very well looked after and they helped us sell our home 4 times and also purchase our dream home.

Amazing support throughout our move
I would like to say a massive thank you to all at Charles Carr in Bitterne who helped us throughout the process of our move. Lauren helped us from the start from when we first viewed the property we wanted to purchase her support along the way was outstanding. We then had the help and support from Louise who help drive the purchase through to get us across the line to exchange contracts. Louise's support and communication has been amazing. Every call i made was answered, every email I sent was repl;ied to, this has been a massive support to us through this stressful time of moving.. We would like to say a personal thank you to Charles Carr for everything they have done for us, we can not wait to complete know and to get our keys for our new home. thank you all

Excellent, Highly Recommend. 5 Star
Despite having a negative view of estate agents before our move, Charles Carr have completely changed that and I highly recommend them and will to any friends/family in the future. They kept their promises through out, we had so many viewings, and sold within 2 weeks for the price discussed at the beginning! Louise was also excellent in taking care and pushing the completion through. We had a couple of friends also looking to buy and they where all contacted from Charles Carr about our property not knowing they where our friends so they obviously do a lot of work in the back ground which I wouldn't normally trust estate agents to do. We even had a rival estate agent drop a note through the door slating Charles Carr, saying they're this and that, but as a business owner that spoke volumes to us knowing their rivals are out dropping notes through people doors rather then selling their own properties, obviously struggling with the competition.

Sale of house
Charles carr have been brilliant, not only were they quick to sell our house but they have kept up the hard work the whole way through the process! Louise carr in particular has been fantastic, daily updates and has quite frankly kept me sane through quite a stressful sale!!
