Russel Property were acting for the person we were buying from and they pretty much kept the whole chain together single handed. They were really pro-active in chasing things when other agents and solicitors were dragging their feet. Russell property are the best agent I have ever come across. I was initially looked after by Neisha with my purchase, who was super professional and helpful. Once we had agreed the price I was passed onto Vanessa who dealt with getting the chain in place and exchange. I’m sure the exchange would not have happened if it was not for Vanessa’s tenacity and energy.
