Russell property have been excellent. Helped me with renting a flat and also buying my forever home. They have been supportive through this process. I would highly recommend both their letting team and their selling team.

The team are very friendly & supportive, if we have any issues with the rented property we know they are just one click away the issues are dealt with a professional approach, fixed in a timely manner & never forgotten about. We have rented our house from Russell Property for 4 years and they are very professional. I want to however give a special mention to Rachel, she is always such a friendly and professional person and has just made our Christmas by going that extra mile and really caring about the problems we had with our boiler. I recently sold my property through Russell Property and I cannot recommend them enough. From the initial viewings and appointments- Alicia and the team were incredibly professional and communicative. The market is tricky at the moment and we had to deal with broken chains etc. but every time we had offers on our house within a week. For sales progress - Vanessa and Rebecca were a dream team- kept us informed throughout and acted as a therapist when needed! Since we started working with Russell Properties concerning our residential properties we've had an excellent service. They are professional and helpful to us and equally fair to our tenants. Keeping on top of repairs and dealing with them effectively is important to us and their quarterly inspections really help in that regards. Lived in Ashdale for 5 years at a house managed by Russell Property. I cannot praise the staff there enough. Always ready to help in anything we needed with a smile on their face. We moved 7 months ago to a different area. One of the reasons we hesitated to move was because the house we found was with a different agency. Myself and my wife are very thankful for how we were always treated, even after we moved, with the agency contacting us and collecting our mail and parcels.

Selling your house you think is going to be easy, but it actually turned out to be not straight forward and quite stressful, however, I couldn’t have made a better choice in going with Russell Properties.
