We very recently purchased a property through Russell Property, Neisha initially, then Vanessa were our primary contacts. Excellent company to deal with - professional, pro-active and excellent communication made the whole purchase process very straightforward (and stress-free!). Highly recommend.

I have used Russell Property on a number of occasions when letting property in Bishop's Stortford. Jac, Abbie and the whole letting team have been very proactive in getting the right tenant and achieving top end rent. They are a pleasure to deal with and make the whole process hassle free. Thank you.

Great customer service. Vanessa and the team helped us on a daily basis to move the chain along and make our sale and purchase happen. It's this level of service and personal customer care that makes Russel Prperty the best property agent in the town.

I have rented a property for the last 8 years from russell property. They are a fantastic letting agent looking after there clients. Nothing is ever to much and they respond so quickly. NICOLA is a valuable member of the team and i would highly recommend using Russell Property

We dealt with Doug Hazell from Russel property in several viewings and he was very kind and helpful, couple of times we requested us to be kept in loop regarding some of the properties we were interested in and he kept his word and rang us to let us know when there were new updates. Overall we had a pleasant experience.
