Russell Property - Bishop's Stortford

The team at Russell were outstanding from start to finish. From talking about the sale, advertising, viewing, offers and the whole selling process. We were kept informed, problems were solved and the team were so knowledgeable and lovely to talk to. The team went above and beyond at all times. By far the best estate agents I’ve ever worked with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have been letting our flat in Bishops Stortford through Russell Group since we bought it 10 years ago. Indeed, we also appreciated their advice when we purchased the flat. The service ever since, from Nicola, Abbie and the whole team, has been highly professional, prompt and friendly.

Very professional and efficient rental process. Thorough but fair with check in / out and very quick to initiate deposit return process. Rachel and her colleagues were very considerate and helpful with their communication throughout.

Doug has been a true professional, demonstrating remarkable patience throughout our viewings. Highly recommend for a seamless, stress-free and excellent service.

Great service and help from Ellie, super quick to get any questions answered and very accommodating with organising viewings

If Carlsberg did estate agents Russell Property would probably be the best in the world. Used them for sale and purchase in Stansted and it was faultless. Thank you Glyn and Michelle

Whilst our journey with selling our property has been bumpy I cannot thank Russel Property enough for all their support during the process. In particular Vanessa & Rebecca have been amazing in supporting us through the stressful process of buying and selling a property! Thank you!

It's been a relief and a pleasure to have had our tenancy handled by the team at Russell. The whole process from viewing, to check-in, to after care has been great. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area!

I had such a great experience when working with Russell Property to find a property to let. The team was very efficient and quick to reply to any queries I had about the property.

Excellent service in getting a tricky house sale over the line. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not part of a large chain. Would highly recommend.
