Lived in Ashdale for 5 years at a house managed by Russell Property. I cannot praise the staff there enough. Always ready to help in anything we needed with a smile on their face. We moved 7 months ago to a different area. One of the reasons we hesitated to move was because the house we found was with a different agency. Myself and my wife are very thankful for how we were always treated, even after we moved, with the agency contacting us and collecting our mail and parcels.

Since we started working with Russell Properties concerning our residential properties we've had an excellent service. They are professional and helpful to us and equally fair to our tenants. Keeping on top of repairs and dealing with them effectively is important to us and their quarterly inspections really help in that regards. I would thoroughly recommend them as a reliable partner when letting residential property.

I want to however give a special mention to Rachel, she is always such a friendly and professional person and has just made our Christmas by going that extra mile and really caring about the problems we had with our boiler. Miranda you started off with just pure positive energy to show me around and sold me within the first 5 mins. when you passed us on the rest of the team, Hannah/ Pippa/ Nicola, you guys were just fabulous in your service such that My wife and I had to send you flowers after you worked to get us our new home! Words cannot describe how grateful we are to God for enabling our paths to meet. All the team at Russell’s took good care of us during our 6 year tenancy, any problems we had needing repairs were promptly reported by Nicola and Tommy to the landlord. Rachel was amazing getting our deposit back for us at the end of our tenancy. Thanks for all your help!
