We have recently worked with Russell Property as we had to secure a rental property when moving to a new town. Their service has been great throughout the entire process and has continued after we finished moving in, as we had a couple of minor issues in the first few months of our rental. Alicia was very warm and friendly and guided us on how to improve our home, so we could get the best return, if we were to sell. I found her to be very honest and provided full clarity and for that we are thankful. We have found some estate agents over the years to a little disingenuous, so meeting Alicia was very refreshing.
