Russell Property - Bishop's Stortford

A sincere thanks and 5 star recommendation for Russell Property. Stress free and friendly experience.

Always available! It’s over 3y that I’m renting with them and everything went always perfectly 🤗 …

Russells both sold our previous property and helped us find our new home. Everyone was always easy to deal with and were very helpful, especially Doug, who took the time to get to know our needs as buyers. His efforts especially helped us to secure our new home, which we were very grateful for.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Abbie and Vanessa on the purchase of my new property and I must say that they were fantastic throughout the entire process. From the beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had. Their communication was excellent, keeping me informed at every step of the way and ensuring that everything went smoothly. Overall, I highly recommend Abbie and Vanessa to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. They were exceptional in every way and I am so grateful for their help in making my purchase a success. Thank you!

Russell Property have been fantastic in helping us sell our apartment - after losing a buyer first time round and having to remarket the team were great and very supportive. Vanessa has been absolutely fantastic the whole way through in liaising with multiple parties and pushing to get everything across the line, she is an asset to the company! We also found our new home through Russell Property and credit to Kasey in the Stanstead branch who has also been fantastic in communicating throughout. The team are so friendly. We are so pleased with the support we have received and would definitely recommend Russell property if you are looking to move!

The team at Russell Property have been helpful right from the start. Abbie and James were always on hand and willing to help in our search for a rental property and their communication with us was great. Since finding a property, Rachel and Nicola as property managers have continued the great communication and any issues or questions that we have raised have always had a prompt response. A really friendly and helpful team to deal with.

Vanessa guided us expertly through the process of selling our property. It really helps feeling like you have someone on your side and that has been true of everyone we've dealt with at Russell PP - from selling our house, to looking for a new place, to guiding us through the sale - the relationship has never felt pushy or transactional, which makes such a big difference. Thank you. If we ever move again, we will come back to you.

Giving a 5 star review for Jac Hicks, who has been accommodating, honest and and down-to-earth throughout our process of finding a new flat. Thank you again Jac - you've been brilliant.
