Always kept up to date on viewings, which were also always facilitated by Josh or Doug without us needing to be there. Helpful insight from Josh on negotiating with buyers on offers received. And fantastic support from Vanessa and Doug post offer acceptance to get us all the way through to exchange - a somewhat painful process for a variety of (non-Russell’s) reasons but their proactive chasing of all buyers, seller, and solicitors in the chain every step of the way gave us confidence that we would get there.
