Russell Property - Bishop's Stortford

We have now bought and sold through Russell Property. Quite honestly, the best team in town. They have been nothing but patient and supportive throughout the process and every single member of the team deserves a special mention. They are all collectively great at what they do and they genuinely care. Strong local knowledge and a great approach. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to the entire team for all your help and support!

We cannot thank Russell Property Ltd enough for the amazing service they provided when we recently sold our family home. They made the move as seamless as possible and were extremely proactive. Vanessa was a saint, dealing with a variety of issues with complete professionalism whilst keeping us sane! We are extremely grateful and will definitely use Russell's again.

All the team at Russell’s took good care of us during our 6 year tenancy, any problems we had needing repairs were promptly reported by Nicola and Tommy to the landlord. Rachel was amazing getting our deposit back for us at the end of our tenancy. Thanks for all your help!

Hannah Leahy at Russell properties has been so lovely and helpful, I am very much happy living in my rental property and dealing with Russell properties who I would highly recommend. Thank you Hannah

Russel Property were acting for the person we were buying from and they pretty much kept the whole chain together single handed. They were really pro-active in chasing things when other agents and solicitors were dragging their feet. I will 100% use them if we ever sell our property in Bishops Stortford as they clearly go above and beyond for their clients. Vanessa and Abbey regularly kept me in the loop despite not being their direct client. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work throughout the process.

First experience with an estate agent/property management and was very nervous as heard lots of horror stories from friends but cannot fault Russell Property. Been in our rental for over a year and any problems with the house/appliances they sort super quick with no hassle, completely stress-free!

Russells both sold our previous property and helped us find our new home. Everyone was always easy to deal with and were very helpful, especially Doug, who took the time to get to know our needs as buyers. His efforts especially helped us to secure our new home, which we were very grateful for.

We sold our house in Stortford recently and the service from Russell Property was excellent. Thanks in particular to Doug and Vanessa.
