The photos and marketing of the properties were fantastic, which meant an increase in viewings. The first property was sold within a month of going live and the sales process was seamless. Having just sold the final property in what is now a challenging market, I can’t thank everyone at RP for all their help. Josh, Neisha, Vanessa and Abbie have been brilliant in all aspects of selling a property and I would definitely recommend.

They were really pro-active in chasing things when other agents and solicitors were dragging their feet. Russell property are the best agent I have ever come across. I was initially looked after by Neisha with my purchase, who was super professional and helpful. Once we had agreed the price I was passed onto Vanessa who dealt with getting the chain in place and exchange. I’m sure the exchange would not have happened if it was not for Vanessa’s tenacity and energy. We had 6 in the chain and she was onto each part several times a day until exchange took place (solicitors, agents and vendors!). Amazing people, amazing firm, definitely recommend!!

We have dealt with a few estate agents with buying and selling our properties and I can safely say Russell Property are head and shoulders above the rest. Alicia in the Stansted office and her team Oliver and Emily were fantastic during the sales phase and so was Abbie getting us to exchange and completion. Russells both sold our previous property and helped us find our new home. Everyone was always easy to deal with and were very helpful, especially Doug, who took the time to get to know our needs as buyers. His efforts especially helped us to secure our new home, which we were very grateful for.
