We dealt with Doug Hazell from Russel property in several viewings and he was very kind and helpful, couple of times we requested us to be kept in loop regarding some of the properties we were interested in and he kept his word and rang us to let us know when there were new updates. Overall we had a pleasant experience.

Russell property are the best agent I have ever come across. I was initially looked after by Neisha with my purchase, who was super professional and helpful. Once we had agreed the price I was passed onto Vanessa who dealt with getting the chain in place and exchange. I’m sure the exchange would not have happened if it was not for Vanessa’s tenacity and energy. We had 6 in the chain and she was onto each part several times a day until exchange took place (solicitors, agents and vendors!). Amazing people, amazing firm, definitely recommend!!
