We have dealt with a few estate agents with buying and selling our properties and I can safely say Russell Property are head and shoulders above the rest. Alicia in the Stansted office and her team Oliver and Emily were fantastic during the sales phase and so was Abbie getting us to exchange and completion. They communicate every step of the way, give you honest and sound advice and you feel really taken care of. Their customer service is great across the board so it obviously comes from the top, down. Couldn't recommend these guys more. Thank you for making, what has been a fairly stressful process, so much easier.

First experience with an estate agent/property management and was very nervous as heard lots of horror stories from friends but cannot fault Russell Property. Been in our rental for over a year and any problems with the house/appliances they sort super quick with no hassle, completely stress-free!

Russel Property were acting for the person we were buying from and they pretty much kept the whole chain together single handed. They were really pro-active in chasing things when other agents and solicitors were dragging their feet. I will 100% use them if we ever sell our property in Bishops Stortford as they clearly go above and beyond for their clients. Vanessa and Abbey regularly kept me in the loop despite not being their direct client. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work throughout the process.
