God answered a major prayer request for our family through Russel Property in Bishop's Stortford. We were very new to the UK and needed to find a place to rent as soon as possible. I walked into their office without an appointment and was introduced to Jack who listened intently about what I was hoping to find. He had something available that was not even listed yet. I was able to walk there immediately after speaking with him to meet Pippa who just happened to be at the property. I felt home there immediately. Jack had been honest that the property needed some work, but that Russel's would work with me to help get it move-in ready. Jack, Pippa, Leah, Hannah and Jo all patiently answered all my questions. Eventually Jo became my go-to person for arranging all the services that had to come into the house to install a boiler, fix odds and ends, change an appliance, etc. and as of today, my family lives in a modernized and beautiful home. We are so happy with Russel's and are especially glad for the rapport built up with Jo through our many emails and calls and even seeing each other round the town. These are honest and kind people to work with and we wholeheartedly recommend them!

Selling your house you think is going to be easy, but it actually turned out to be not straight forward and quite stressful, however, I couldn’t have made a better choice in going with Russell Properties. They did their utmost to make the process as painless as possible. The whole team were so dedicated, Doug in helping to sell my house, Vanessa’s attentiveness in getting everything to the finish post so diligently and Josh went above and beyond, always at the end of the phone, I often joked with him about how he was becoming my therapist! I am so grateful to them for all their support, and if I need to go through buying or selling my house again, they would be my absolute go-tos.. I really cannot recommend them enough.
