I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Mike at Avocado Property - Ian & Mike. It’s been a pretty stressful 6 months going through the process of selling our house but we did it and finally exchanged contracts today! They really aren’t like other estate agents, their approach to selling is so much more up to date and efficient we were really impressed right from the start! Mike was so proactive and professional throughout - from putting our house on the market to helping us chase the necessary people to try and speed it along as quickly as possible! Cannot recommend this company highly enough. We bought through them and everything from start to finish was handled exceptionally. They made the whole experience about us from the outset. Questions were answered when we asked. Issues were resolved as they appeared. Out of hours queries were dealt with promptly. All in all the whole experience was handled without any stress for us. From the get go, Mike involved us in every step of the selling process and made the whole thing pain free and effortless on our behalf. Mike secured buyers within days of our house reaching the market and despite the initial buyers pulling out (due to no fault of Avocado!) we had a new buyer in place within a week! I wouldn’t dream of using another agent now and wish we’d been able to buy a property marketed by Avocado as unfortunately the buying process has not been as pain-free!

From the get-go, Ian was friendly, upfront and professional. The photos and video taken by Ian and produced by Avocado was clear and bright and showed off our house to its fullest. The house was sold within 6-8 weeks. Every viewing was orchestrated and carried out with Ian himself bringing potential buyers to the house. Would we go anywhere else in the future? Not a chance. Would we use Avocado again? Absolutely. 100% Recommended.

After spending over a year dealing with various estate agents trying to find our dream home, we came across avocado property, with the lovely Ian and mike. This saved us preparing the house for market, getting photographs and generally making it good to market. From then on you kept us informed on the progress. Chased solicitors in the chain to secure exchange of contracts and then completion despite Covid-19 restrictions and limitations. I’ve already recommended you to others and will continue to do so. The end to end personal touch that Avocado offers is a much welcome relief in a life event which can be quite stressful. Thank you.

In this day and age, all Estate agents should be following the avocado way. Digital marketing is much more effective. Also, the approach to having the same contact throughout the process is fab too, always avaliable anytime of the day, …
