We are extremely pleased with the service we received when we sold our house on Frederick Road,Stechford through HS Home Search. Our agent Mahmood Khan guided and supported us throughout the process. His relaxed but professional style left us re-assured that we were in good hands. His communication and negotiating skills were excellent. We received an offer within 2 days and HS Home Search charged the lowest price for selling compare to all the other Estate Agents. We recommend HS Home Search 890 Washwood Heath Road,To all our friends and family.

Excellant experience with the agent. Mr Mahmood was always available for any questions and was very professional throughtout the purchase of the property. Recommend to anyone who is selling or buying a property

We decided to put our House on the market with HS Home Search as we had friends who had sold with them and also because the fee was a lot cheaper compared to other estate agents. Our expert Mahmood khan was a very nice, polite guy. We could contact him at any time and he would always give us a text or call back. We would definately recommend HS Home Search to friends and family and would like to give Mahmood Khan a special thanks!!

It is with delight that I share my experience with the rest of you that have been fortunate enough to visit the website of HS Home Search Estate Agents B8 and read their reviews before making a decision about one of the most serious financial commitments for anyone living in the UK. Having bought two properties previously through other estate agents in London, I was made to believe that purchasing a home can never be done without going through stress. I cannot explain how wrong I was in thinking so as my view has utterly changed since I purchased my third property via HS Home Search Estate Agents. HS Home Search Estate Agents has been very supportive, the process has been very smooth and thanks to the excellent customer service I received from Mahmood Khan and the staff. From the start, I enjoyed a high level of professionalism, my appointment to view the house was observed and on time, I was not rushed when I went to view the property and I was accorded individuality as opposed to group viewing. All my questions were answered and when I submitted my interest to purchase, Mahmood Khan responded swiftly to confirm the buyer’s acceptance of my offer and they straight away got the ball rolling. There was no time wasting i.e. going back and forward in regards to the purchase. I was offered guidance on available solicitors for my purchase but again given the autonomy to look elsewhere if I preferred to do so. I was kept informed about the progress of my purchase. On the few occasions when I had to contact them all my emails/ calls were promptly responded to. The staff were transparent and caring. Because the process was so smooth and stress free, I at one point could not believe I was purchasing a property, as had gone through a lot of stress when I was purchasing my other properties. From start to completion the process was just quick and given the quality of service I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. I am delighted that even after purchase of the property I can contact them to inquire about any recommendations for gas inspector/ electrician/decorators and this is so because the level of trust I have with them.

Without doubt the best and most up to date method of selling a house. I recommend HS Home Search beacuse they are dedicated to the work they do and are sincere. They also checked my buyers mortgage and other financial details before they accepted the offer on my property. I was regularly updated from the start until completion. S Ashraf

HS Home Search exceeded my expectations. I sold my house with them and achieved full asking price. They sold my house within 7 days and they were honest, reliable and kept me informed of what was happening on regular basis. I would recommend HS home Search because they are honest, reliable, efficient and they charge the lowest fee for selling compare to the other estate agents I phoned.
